SEVEN DIALS CO-OP IS USING ITS CORPORATE POWER TO CRUSH TWO BELOVED LOCAL BUSINESSES
not very cooperative
not very cooperative
WHY ARE WE ANGRY?
SEVEN CELLARS AND LATINA CAFE ARE BOTH 100% INDEPENDENT, WOMAN OWNED BUSINESSES.
THEIR TRUSTED NEIGHBOUR THE CO-OP BOUGHT THEIR LEASES FROM UNDER THEM, WITH NO OPTION FOR THEM TO BUY IT THEMSELVES. AN UNDERHANDED TACTIC THAT has ULTIMATELY RESULTed IN a no fault EVICTIOn.
This BEHAVIOUR goes against everything the co-op stands for. despite overwhelming objections from the local community, the co-op are pressing ahead with evicting these two businesses in january 2026.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?
